Yukon Builders Lien Filing and Searches

Anyone who makes or causes to make improvements to a property in the Yukon by providing work and-or materials for an owner, contractor or subcontractor may file a Yukon Builders' Lien. 

Yukon Builders Lien

A Yukon Builders' Lien gives contractors, subcontractors, builders, suppliers and labourers a method to collect money owed to them for labour and materials used to improve land, or property in the Yukon.

Builders Lien Filing Deadline
